At Gifts Made Personal, every item we make is handcrafted just for the person receiving it,  which means no two pieces are exactly alike, and most cannot be resold once made. We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of our made-to-order products, and we're committed to making sure every customer leaves happy.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every item we make. If your order arrives with a defect, damage from shipping, or an error on our part, we will make it right - no questions asked. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@giftsmadepersonal.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will either remake your item or issue a full refund, your choice.

Personalization Errors

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for personalization entered incorrectly by the customer at the time of ordering,  such as misspelled names or incorrect details. We encourage you to double-check all personalization carefully before submitting your order.

That said, we know mistakes happen, and we genuinely want you to love your gift. If you entered the wrong personalization, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been started, we may be able to correct it at no charge. If it has already been made, we are happy to remake your item at a discounted rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a defect or error on our part. Each piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
